Thread: First red deer!

Hey brothers managed to bag my first red deer today in the ruahines stoked as. My overnighter trip turned into a day hunt in the blink of an eye. These trips into the ruahines have paid off. Big thanks to all on the forum for the information and tips, would also like to thank @25/08IMP hes really helped me alot with getting my rifle shooting with reloads and great hunting tips thanks mate Walked in just before dark and walked back out with a heavy load in the dark. Had a mean feed with a mate back in Hawera. First solo trip into the ruahines was wicked cant wait for the roar!
