    I bought a book last year from Hunting & Fishing called "The New Zealand Deer Hunters Handbook by Alex M. Gale" which is pretty good, gives tips on species, gear you should carry, butchering and packing out etc... Also I just read A Good Keen Man by Crump. What an awesome book.. Don't know why I never read this sooner..
