How did you find Hamish’s knives?
I have one and rate it as my ‘go to’ for gutting and boning out

    Free plug for HGD Designs

@ARdave. Now you just need to head north and we can bag a few mudfish

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

Great read gents all. What it is all about. Well done. I recently had a day pack made and managed to fit all the boned out venison from one deer in it. Heavy load but a comfy carry. Quietish in bush but takes the venison load well. Hard to find good quiet day packs that can handle the strain. Shame HGD knife sheaths are fully retired. Have heard from others that they are top notch.

I tried something new this time and filmed the entire trip just on my iPhone. As it was a long walk, I wanted to keep the gear to a minimum.
