    Hahaha, I did that to a pig years ago in the USA when I was 19. Boss was going to saw the leg off when I said "step aside and I'll show you how us kiwis do it". Ended up cutting way too high and missing the hock but cut straight through the tendon so we couldn't even hang it on a hook. Not my best work...Boss didn't look too impressed.
