Thread: Has anyone hunted at paparangi ?

Has anyone hunted here? What are the deer numbers like or is it better to just hunt a Doc block ?

Motu. It gets hammered by the owners family apparently. A couple of friends went there very recently and did score a hind, but reckoned the numbers were very average at best and as I said, once they close it to joe blo at end of Nov (I think), then the owners use it as a family get together spot.

My neighbor has a private block down Wiaroa way be goes into, nice hut, easy drive in.
Will find out the name of it but think the animal numbers aren't great.Yea, na, that not real hunting.

Hi there, did anyone here go to Paparangi in the end? Am spit balling some ideas for the roar, looking for somewhere with private access or a bit further out/quieter to lesser the chances of ending up in some idiots cross hairs
