Yes they need to go on truck alive, I got some out of the pines and locked them in a paddock, got too close to them and the whole lot either went through or over the fences and gone again, so the sheep yards wont hold them

How are they catching the goats mostly ? With the likes of sheep dogs ? How big are the mobs ?
