Thread: Heli hunt with mum sometime around April/June

Hey Tasman, really enjoy your videos. I know you have had some great suggestions on Chopper operators but consider Matt at Precision Helicopters in Hokitika. We have had some great trips with him, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on animal numbers, and the bonus of short flight times (and cost) because of where his base is, all 3 of your target species are present and the country up the Whitcombe / Hokitika / Mungo is spectacular to put it mildly. Some good hut / bivvy options if you want some comfort for Mum or go more remote and camp out. If you are into NZ trophy hunting history that country features well and adds another level of interest.
