Heli hunt with mum sometime around April/June

Hey guys, mum's offered to pay for a helicopter ride for us to go for a hunt together, real keen since I've never been on one!
However I'm not sure what sort of general area to head to, just hoping for something holding good animal numbers (tahr/deer maybe chamois). As you may have seen on the videos I'm not much into trophies but a nice succulent eater or two would be awesome, and a few animals to stalk with mum would be fun. Plus I guess it makes sense to go somewhere it would be hard or impractical to get to by foot.
Any advice on general areas to look into and maybe recommended heli operators would be much appreciated! Cheers, Tasman
