Their ultimate goal is to eradicate all introduced species at the end of the day but never come straight out and say it. They spin it to "only" be about native birds, or some plant, that nobody misses anyway. That's my opinion and what I believe.

it might.... the planet is overpopulated no question the balance has tipped .....nz while not overpopulated on global terms we are overpopulated for our infrastructure.....who knows what future greenies might be planning.... meat eaters could be reclassified as subhuman and become justifiable by-kill......(this is all tongue in cheek conjecture )
how do vegans justify supporting these people in power when they are killing other sentient beings.....they should hate them more than hunters because they are just killing not harvesting

Welcome, you are picking up the fishy smell of a particular New Zealand type of provincialism.

You are up against extremists. And as someone wrote some where, the greater public are incapable of sorting out the bull shit.

Lets face it the day may come when all hunting firearms will be of no use,,,is that what they are looking at?

That favoured word By- kill has been used for a very long time. Does it really mean ( as many deer as possible)? I think so,I'm also old and some what paranoid lol.

Many of the native species to this country were annihilated before European settlers arrived. These annihilated species eat foliage, the introduced ones are just replacing the ones of the past. Or have I got it wrong and the annihilated species lived on fresh air.

Just another bull shite story to justify using 1080. Nothing will change with DOC and F&B until all introduced species are killed. In my view it isn't climate change, its just the same weather we had about 15 years ago so its just another reason to poison. Just my two cents worth.

If it wasn't so utterly tragic, the stupidity would almost be hilarious.

The 'Green" movement has in it's origins, to some degree, in the Khymer Rouge which in a nutshell is the return to a 'sustainable' agrarian sociaty. As we know it's a fairy tale, but so called educated people still seem to believe it!

The retards while killing our wildlife are promoting growing insects for us to eat as more sustainable land use. To hell with them imo.

I'm one of them, and I'm a big tall bastard wiz a funny accent. Ja.

I came to you from a future overcrowded world to teach you Kiwis manners and decency, which includes telling you to stop animal cruelty by throwing 1080 poison everywhere (for ze little funny "green" justifikations you give for your mad behaviour). Also of course zu have fun appreciating and hunting some of ze wonderful game animals that zo many of ze funny New Zealanders ignorantly refer to as "pests".

All zat said, I for one don't feel zere ist any xenophobia implied if someone points out ze bleedingly obvious, zat ze place is getting ubercrowded!
