Good work there Toby, looks like you need to do more work on bending that knee. You're doing that 'cowboy' walking that my ratbags accuse me of; normally followed by laughter.

Well done Toby, did the hospital staff give you any physio exercises to do?....after my car crash & broken leg, i was doing physio for about 3 months to build up the muscle in the leg....
try to stretch/bend it slowly (10 times) every day about 3 'sets' during each day, (till it fukin hurts) or sit down tie a weight around your ankle (1KG) and straighten the leg, holding it for a few seconds before you 'slowly' lower the leg...repeat
better still, ask a medical professional, as im only going off what i did, 25 years ago!!!!!!
While I might not be as good as I once was, Im as good once as I ever was!
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Doubt my leg will lift a kg. I can lift it about 2-3 inchs max and hold for a few secs an it drops again
