I guess my selection process of fellow hunting companions differs from others...and back to what this thread was about...I couldn't think of a greater place to die than in the bush when one's time is up, but then I am surrounded by bush so my opinion may differ from those that live in the concrete jungle.
Which is worse, ignorance or apathy...I don't know and don't care.
I hope it was a fast death, dying alone and knowing that's it would not be a great way to go. My sympathy to the ones that loved him
