The Hunters Club crew were doing a sponsors day yesterday at Rangiora Hunting & Fishing, so popped out for a look as I needed a new pair of shorts (which they didn't have in my size)
Anyway the lads were all there & the folk from Traeger Wood fired grills had some meats cooking up, very tasty it was too, even scored a Moa beer to wash it down! Had a good yarn to the guys, very interesting to talk to & all down to earth guys.

Andre did a demo on breaking a stag down as well.

Dave have just enjoyed the two day omnibus of RSHCon skys popup channel.hells bells you do some incredible photography.the sequences of anto on blaser 7mil mag nailing wobblies and deer -to actually see the shockwave ahead of the round and the mighty expansion on impact is incredible.sos the shooting distances mind you .loved you buggers roaring those stags up close-the look on there faces is priceless and agree ya dont always have to fire a shot to have a good experience.
how the hell did that drone not get nailed when anto &co cut loose on those canadas-luv the "gun cams".again to actually see the shot load slam into the birds and its effect is incredible.one or two close shaves though with birds landing around the blinds.
to all of you keep up the good work -this stuff keeps me sane at present.

Cheers Kotuku for the kind words, pleased you got a chance to check out the show, certainly were a few close shaves with the drone this series!

We know our timeslot for Free to Air now, but have restrictions in place as to when we're allowed to start spreading the word unfortunately. Rest assured, it's a really good slot, early in the working week and not before anyone's bedtimes, and it'll be on Prime. And yep, kicks off in October, we'll let everyone know the exact timings as soon as we can, cheers!

Boys ,when ya watch it ,whatever ya do dont enter the marital bouidor gruntin and moaning like an old stag in the rut -the other half may well have a three oh hidden under the duvet!
if she hasnt but starts rolling her eyes run like buggery -its another attack sign i learnt just recently.
keep up the grouse work Dave and crew.
