Hunters Club Episode 7 - Hogs and Dogs

    Evening all...

Just to let you know, there's some balls to the wall pig hunting action on tonight's episode of The Red Stag Timber Hunters Club, 7.00pm on SKY Sport 3.

Am sure those of you that tune in will enjoy, good mix of laughs and mayhem.

Yep bloody awesome! Not much of a pig hunter myself but thoroughly enjoyed it.

I spent a fair chunk of my teenage years in the late 70s+ chasing pigs. Most tv pig hunting to date has left me cold but that was well worth the watch. Thanks.

No very few really. Never lost a dog. Only used the farm dogs, normally 2 with one dedicated pig dog. Nothing hard, no holders and no long rangers, did a lot of walking . No GPS back then so always tried to stay within earshot. The odd pig got away but not many, the heading dogs were always very fit and could run for hrs, quite good at turning a running pig.

Is there a bar fight at the end like in any good pig hunting stories? :-)
