Have gotten the Mrs to join me on my walks which is nice most of the time but sometimes complains of sore feet,
When I do have a beer I’ll only drink the low carb stuff - I also think it tastes better and doesn’t feel so heavy in my gut.

I didn’t call myself speights drinker for no reason
I'm sort of in the opposite camp mate.
Just awaiting the diagnosis of Crohns disease so I can't keep weight on. However regarding the fitness aspect I can relate. I've been in a farming job for just shy of 2 years and haven't been as fit as I have been since I was possuming and it bloody helps big time. However a new chapter has begun so for the fitness side I'll be biking to and from home plus adding a few extra ks with weight for fitness reasons.
Cut the smokes or vaping made a world of difference. It ain't worth it aye !
Hope this helps
Iv never smoke, cant stand the stinking things.
Respect, plenty of people out there who haven’t been able to find the motivation you have.
Well I can walk about 300yrds and then the hips start making walk like a old duck in pain . But I have all the bad things
like industrial asthma /COPD from the smelter , bad heart 3 bypass , dibettes , but i've lost 7kgs in the last month 77kgs to 70
don't know how the hell i've done that . OH I can't fucking stop smoking .
I have got that my fitness pal app lost 8kgs in 3 months just by changing diet to 2200 cals a day l.Still working hard plumbing and drainlaying though but no extra exercise have osteo in my knee from previous hunting related injury so don’t like to walk on it too much unless I’m hunting .Found just doing exercises in the garage helps massively just squats etc
Is walking 4ks in 40 minutes fit enough,I do this wee test walk once a month.I get a bit puffed after taking 4 hqs of a couple of deer and back steaks,do other hunters have this problem? My 140kgs getting in the way of my lungs abit I think even at 1.9mtrs,lols.
