Have gotten the Mrs to join me on my walks which is nice most of the time but sometimes complains of sore feet,

When I do have a beer I’ll only drink the low carb stuff - I also think it tastes better and doesn’t feel so heavy in my gut.

I'm sort of in the opposite camp mate.

Just awaiting the diagnosis of Crohns disease so I can't keep weight on. However regarding the fitness aspect I can relate. I've been in a farming job for just shy of 2 years and haven't been as fit as I have been since I was possuming and it bloody helps big time. However a new chapter has begun so for the fitness side I'll be biking to and from home plus adding a few extra ks with weight for fitness reasons.

Cut the smokes or vaping made a world of difference. It ain't worth it aye !

    Hope this helps

Respect, plenty of people out there who haven’t been able to find the motivation you have.

This podcast episode is great for anyone wanting a little help with their lifestyle and how to drop a bit of weight. You really don’t have to change much.
