Q? Has anyone thought of putting some lead into one of there "wild dogs" chasing thru your block?
Not an ideal solution on a poor dog! But is le
Done this a few times before on Private forestry blocks. Just shoot dogs and then leave the pricks to find their dead dogs.

Not legal to shoot dogs unless they are hassling stock.

I'd love to see that fly in court.

Court: "Why was the dog on the land?"
Dog Owner: "It was with me"
Court: "Did you have permission to be on the land?"
    Dog Owner: "Nope."

I don't know why you'd just shoot a dog for the hell of it if it was running about somewhere it wasn't supposed to be. Unless it was obviously wild/dangerous and threatening to attack you or your dog or stock.

Of the few times I've run into dogs while hunting, all of them I called the dogs and they've come to me and followed me out to where I've found the owner/owners truck. All of those times the owners have been very apologetic for losing track of them and thankful to me/us for looking after their mutts.

I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

If you shot a pig hunters dog around here and he knew you did it you would be fucked.

Charming cnut you would be...not surprised you have now relocated...would be a few irate hunters wanting your scalp and nine inches down your spine...what was the problem with the dogs in the forest?...pissing on the trunks would hardly be a crime.
Which is worse, ignorance or apathy...I don't know and don't care.

It's common knowledge the land is private. It's sign posted. Permits aren't issued. The dogs are pig dogs not indicators.

Obviously you never had the balls to confront the owners...the dogs were not there by their choice.

When they're a few kilometers from a public road, you know they didn't get there by themselves.

Confront the owners then, you gutless prick...on the ladder of life, as a dog killer, you are one rung lower than a faggot and I hate faggots with a vengeance...I think I better stay away from this topic...no doubt there will be plenty of others who will voice their opinion.

Its not the dogs fault, plus thats a very dangerous move, good way to get yourself in a power of trouble...and not with the Law.
Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
