    Instead of playing with ya soapy bubbles and puff bottle why don't you tape a bit of cotton about 250mm long to the underside of your barrel at the pointy end to use as a wind direction indicator. If you are in wet country use waxed dental floss

    Been using this for years. Rifle in hand stalking and the occasional glance at the cotton tells me where the wind is.

    hmmm i've been using a lighter to see which way the wind blows, but this bubble making device sounds like much more fun

    Tip one. Make sure cooker works before leaving home.
    Tip two. Back up lighter.
    Tip three. Back up matches.

    My last trip was cut short when the ignition on my cooker decided to fail and my one and only lighter had managed its way out of my pocket up some steep rubbish..

    This is valid for hunting anytime,
    not just the Roar!!!
