    One of the guys I was with this roar had the app downloaded and used it with Blue tooth portable Speakers.
    Not the loudest, but we did have a stag replying to it, so all in all, I've seen it work first hand.

    Would it beat the traditional horn? No in terms of noise level, yes if you are not good at roaring.

    Just put together "iDuck". Had all the bits anyway, so didn't cost me a cent. The charger and the phone go in the waterproof box and the speaker goes on top. Set it to play every minute or so and wait for the ducks to come in! The waterproof bluetooth speaker is from Burnsco. It was still running after 8 hours.

    Loud enough I'd say, certainly as loud as a reed caller.

    I did used in conjunction with a Bluetooth speaker system. Had two spiders walk in for a good look at.
    Definitely worth the effort and the fun.

    Haha, I found the same thing. It drove me nuts! I nodded off to sleep at one point and woke to iDuck, I thought, shit, there's a duck on the pond! It's obviously good enough to fool me
