None of those rules can be enforced in a court of law - they are too subjective. Regions haven't been stipulated - is it your health region, after all this is a "health" issue, is it your province, is it your council region, who the fuck knows. "Dont travel too far", "Be nice", "You can undertake this activity if you're experienced" - says absolutely bloody nothing because we all have a different perception of "far" or "nice" or "experience" The Swamp Donkey is in way over her head, and she's fucked the whole thing up!
