You and I, both in our 70's, been there done that. Would you still feel the same if your 25, rearing to go and get the message you aren't going nowhere, know I would have been really "pissed"

Every roar, every opening morning, every day is something we'll never get back eh. I can only recommend anyone who's not an NZDA member to use this time to sign up. They're the ones who're putting their money where their mouth is and going in to bat for us all. We can come out of this organised or biting each others necks, our choice.
I promise I will get rid of them on Tuesday

Not to mention NZPHGA, NZPFGA and the GAC have been doing a ton of stuff behind the scenes and they hardly get a mention.

    "Doing OK?"

Yeah, nah. We are an island nation and for very many weeks already we could have been stopping the entry and infectiousness and contagiousness of new arrivals.

But 'we' didn't, because the part-time PM so wanted to be a Burka Queen. We lost the opportunity through negligence, stupidity and virtue-signalling, of reducing inbound contacts.

We are all going to pay the price. That is not what worries me the most, what worries me the most is that the next generation of Kiwis are gonna keep paying the price for decades.

100% Socialist-Communist stupidity is what it is.

Im still in the "younger" bracket not fussed I love it as much as the next guy its a shame qe all missed out but fuck its only temporary im just getting excited about when it is back rather than acting like a toddler. For all the tantrems going on id like to no the ratio of who actually would have being hunting anyway. Its like a toddler with a toy he doesnt use much anyway having a tantrum the moment someone takes it away. I for one for the first time in many years had a couple of weeks up my sleeve for reds and sika but a well looking foward to next year

No. You are moving furniture and helping the carpet layer on Tuesday.

Prwventing hunting on public land has got sfa to do with prwventing "tha bug" and everything to do with rabid green policy and a very ignorant senior government inner circle. The discriminatory arbitrary regulation is disgraceful; as are the bs and lies about availability of ppe gear to midwives, nurses and also the availability of flu jabs. This government did sfa hard and fast until medics signed a petition. They dont deserve any trust.

I'm really pissed off as at my age I often wonder how many more roars I have left.
Maybe Winny could get us a concession on our Gold Card.

Only took up hunting at the start of the year was looking forward to filling the freezer over the autumn, didn't happen. No private hunting around here as the big landcorp farms don't allow it unless its under ballot. Actually no a shepherdess on one of said farms and no she has been hunting under lockdown but then they are so remote they can't get to town so I don't blame her at all for doing so.

What is the rationale behind being allowed to hunt on private land (obviously with permission), but not public land?
