    I was talking to a guy who has guided on moose and he said they're actually pretty easy to knock down. Go to google and type in "Bull moose heart" and have a look at the pics, I think thats why! target near as big as your head.

    That an awesome beast! Don't need much more motivation than that!!

    The one advantage of living in Hong Kong is that I can get away with bringing the meat back too.

    It was filled with Kudu meat last year coming back from Sth Africa! Several layers of 'rubbish' bag managed to stop the blood leakage.

    Cooking up a Kudu roast for the missus birthday dinner tonight
