    Mt Burke Creek

    Hey everyone,
Just a question regarding Mt Burke creek. We've drawn for the 3rd period for Wanaka roar ballot and wondering if it's possible to say fly in and walk out, or is it too rugged? Trying to make a decision. Thanks!

    Hey,

You shouldn't have any trouble walking out of there, just find your way to the Craig burn access track which will lead you down to the highway.

Fly in walk out. Or fly in fly out.
I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

Hey mate, we got that block the week before you, send me a message if you are flying in and we could maybe get a discount since we are possibly flying out Sunday the 31/3, cheers Lars

Probably do it by pm. Bit rude to openly discuss specific spots on the internet as its likely someone's local outside or the ballot

Stocky, fair point. I sent PM'd a couple of days ago.

In saying that, keen to hear from anyone who has experience in this block.
