    Stopped off out the back of Geraldine for a couple of nights, but no hunting as surrounded by sheep stations

    Keep an eye out for Fallow in Mt Thomas as well, there are a few small scattered groups sneaking around there

    There used to be Chamois north of Black Hill and wild sheep around Salmon Creek; it's cold as f*ck in that Bivy in winter; from memory the sun doesn't get into that creek (where the Bivy is).

    Salmon creek is a seriously good walk in, nice area though for hunting

    It's not an easy walk up from the gorge with all the windfall there now.
