    Remington Sendero 7mm Magnum. Distance 100 metres. Yeah your 260 would be fine especially handloading with something like Amax

    How heavy do you think it was and what was the bait as I'm gonna give this ago when we visit the mother inlaw next week....I don't mind waiting out there a few hours hehe

    No idea what it weighed. The more experienced forum members told me anything rotten works. I used maize and milk sitting outside in a lidded bucket for a month. Spread it around where they'd been rooting and chucked some in the trees for the wind to do it's work. Good luck.
