1080 stands for Sodium fluoroacetate, a pesticide.
Earlier in the year I read nz gets dumped with 4 tones of 1080 a year!

And the higest dose in nz is 0.15% of a pellet, ozzy use 3.5% everyware, so where do you all get your info from,, a video of people that got a large bill for making money from state and natioal parks, so payed more to use the land to make a vid in retalation,

1080 isn't really a bad think as such. It's the way DOC or whoever use it thats the problem. No anti smell or taste. Just blanket the land and job done

It's like any poison, bad news if you ingest it. Just like fly spray, ant killer etc. Poison is made to kill shit, thats why we keep it "out of reach of children". To bad it doesn't have a "keep out or reach of DOC" written on it!!

I have been told deer wont touch anything with blood in it. I dont know how much blood costs, but i'm sure AFCO and the like must have a bit.

Fish and blood is what I was told by AHB fella.
There is very little waste from any meat processor too. The blood is also sold so it ain't free. The application is the problem.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds
