I actually thought it wasnt such a huge body...and looking at head, the comment Willey had made earlier about smaller body makes head look huge came to mind. still a beautiful animal and one heck of an achievement..and plurry well earned too...GO Fi you are the gal.... good on the WHOLE team for wrap around support, said it before but that Emil is a hell of a machine.....my legs turn ache just seeing the weight of gear he carries.Willey looked to be doing the carry out pretty hard too.
was trying to work out age of Greg n Fiona..if Willey is early 30s,they have to be nudging 60 plus all around another great show.

One should never ask nor guess a woman's age.

257 weatherby you deserve that piece of great humour from Josh C - why because any TV program that portrays hunting in NZ in a great positive light we need - we dont need greens vegans or anti fire arm programs in any way - yes to more hunting programs - even hunting Aotearoa no matter how bad it was

Yip, I’ve got one, nice and light and allows a more compact tripod.
Good if your up on the tops glassing up to about 1K,but not really enough magnification for glassing the big Canterbury valleys from the floor.
I used to use a cannon sx65 and I’d have my spotter over that.
My mates have the 65mm and 85mm Swarovski spotters and they leave mine for dead.

Gotcha, awesome mate thanks for the info. Still sounds like a cool piece of kit.

Barry, are you familiar with fishing? @Josh C is and knew perfectly well what I was up to. Perhaps you noticed we had a little amusing back and forth? Perhaps you didn't.

    Greetings All,
I really enjoy the NZ Hunter programmes. For a Government certified old Fudd it is a chance to see places that I will never be able to visit and in a few cases revisit places that I have been to. Having met the Duleys on a few occasions adds to it as well. The lack of hype and jangly shit music is welcome.
    Regards Grandpamac.

Hard not to like everything they do , its great to show the flooded camp as well and even the very experienced get it wrong sometimes , I think Mrs Duley is fitter and tougher than most blokes , incredible footage of that Bull she shot .
