    Well done! Looking to go in for a weekend before end of year myself. Is it getting crunchy on foot? Whats the night temps like, chilly?

    I'm usually working weekends but give us a bell if it's mid-week and you want some company. I usually hunt alone but it's always good to have someone back at the hut to spin a yarn with. Gets bit boring otherwise.

    It will have to be a weekend for me sorry phillip. Im no longer a student and have to work the normal 5 day week like the rest of the losers . If ya wanna go on a weekend send me a PM.

    All good mate, will do. Let me know when you're going in over the weekend. I only work Sundays, so who knows, I may already be at the hut on Saturday with a brew waiting and ready

    Sorry phill bn out doin fam stuff and just got home will post in morning haha
    Was good under foot as we had rain on and off,bloody awesome block,spooked a hind on sika saddle
    Another bonus was blood on the forum blaze shirt!!

    great photos mate, a few deer would of been seen/shot from those look outs over the years.

    you certainly have the carry sorted, its an awesome method, way better than the standard pack style out. Can get two on pretty comfortably as well (all be quite small)

    Mate would be so keen but my exams aren't finished to the following week I'm planning to go into Oamaru the following week, so 18th-22nd
