Given that I got bust going to, and coming back from, an NZDA meeting on the same evening, does that negate or double the 'fit and proper person' score?
Seems the speed limit has changed as the spot on Google Maps still has it posted as 80kmh. $200 in total. ****s.

One minor ticket not a worry - BUT - if it was 121 in an 80 - start worrying - and dont go getting a rapid string of them

A speeding infringement is not a criminal offence, so I don't see how it can be used to ascertain someone's suitability as a "fit and proper person".

My interpretation of their logic is that excessive speeding tickets indicates an inability/reluctance to follow simple rules/laws.

    Or something like that...

New law states that if you are braking other type of New Zealand laws, even not related to firearms, you can have your fal revoked.

Surely if it's a renewal you are doing that would be a good thing to be off their radar.
No social media so can't be seduced by'the dark side' and no history of criminal activity I would have thought to be a positive.

No such thing as poor driving anymore, just speeding and "dangerous" roads.

Of course you have social media and a social profile. Here. So you do likely "feature on their system".

The worst on here can expect repercussions. I expect its already happened.

This site will have been monitored for ages now.

Criticizing is one thing, (and fine) but if someone posts things that are extreme, inciting violence, or encouraging law breaking on here, expect a visit.

There is a lot of open police hate on here, that would be a start for them I would say?

is it hate of police , or the political tinkering and pandering of the police head honchos ?
I'm more inclined to say it's the latter...
