The half life is the time taken for your body to get rid of half of it, so after about 4 or 5 half lives its pretty much gone. That's a hell of a long time for it to be swimming round, kinda frightening. That's doesn't necessarily mean that having low amounts of it in your body for that long will have any effect though. I don't know enough about it. Could always call the poisons hotline if you're worried. They should set you straight.
