Was down in the Piropiro flats area last weekend, had a look around the Ketemarangi track, saw some grazing, fresh-ish shite and tracks. Was my first time up there, didn't spot any animals, but was a mint time nonetheless.
Anyone know if the goats are back at piropiro/waimiha?
Yeah we saw about 30 odd on the way out. There smart though, they hang out in the paddock with the sheep
A guy that was at the camp ground had a couple of chats with us. He was hunting up Ketemarangi. He didn't get anything though. But said there was sign around.
I'm quite keen to start getting my bearings around pureora
