Any one catch the episode last night? Missed the start but was wondering what location they were in ? Plenty of chamois and a few reds. The country reminded me of the Matukituki

Managed to watch the 2nd half or so but didn't hear a location
Private land, surprised whitetail didn't feature in it.
Someone please tell them a female Chamois is a doe, not a nanny......
Experience. What you get just after you needed it.
Here Prime catch up make yourself a free user, you don't need a Sky account and watch the rest of it. I missed last nights so am going to watch it tonight.
@The Hunters Club Dave ill carry your pack mate.
Just make sure I'm on a few trips
An eagle eye would of seen a few in the hut.
Probably not something they want to show, I'm sure they seen a few but poaching or general wandering of people probably puts them off showcasing it to the world
@The Hunters Club
can you tell us what the elastic field covers are the guys using on there guns?
also what was the watch with the drop chart on last nights show? be a garmin of some sorts.
The watch is a Garmin Tactix Delta Ballistic edition, quite a sexy piece of kit. Elastic field covers - not quite sure what you mean (cameraman Dave answering this, so not as savvy at firearm related questions). Anto uses a sling made by Solo Huntr which often gets queries from viewers.
Spot on. There were plenty seen, after spending so many days stalking the buggers on Stewart Island trying to capture a glimpse on camera, it was a hard task not filming them prancing about in the tussock country. We've made a call not to do any mainland Whitetail episodes though, there's enough pressure on the herd without us making it worse.
