Setting a good example for the rest of us

    Hope the link works

With David Clark ignoring the rules not just once but twice then this guy going hunting when he should know better does not set a good example.

Probably a member of this site that had made the claim “nobody is gonna stop ME hunting, I’m not going to meet anybody” etc

Edit: If he hadn’t been a cop would the photographer still take the picture and dob him in? ( on the correct form of course!)

Just goes to prove that the NZ media are so incompetent and desperate for news they have to troll social media sites for stories. Pretty pathetic really.

It was never made public apart from bookface.
He wasn't photographed at all. He wasnt seen loading a deer into his vehicle. He was caught out, well after the act and was transparent about it.

There are extenuating circumstances around the whole issue and it has been dealt with.
Far be it from me to stick up for a cop especially in this situation but I will say a mistake was made that 90% of the people on here would have made, including myself, knowing what and how it transpired.

    Doesn't surprise me.
The old "Never let the truth get in the way of a good story". Let's hope we don't see too many more hunters getting caught breaking the lockdown rules
