    I have a result. 43gr 2208 (very mild) about 2700fps gave me 29mm @ 100mtrs. But I'm sure with a bit of adjustment they will do much better in the M70.



    A 25mm bar steel with two holes drilled. 5/16" and another I think it was 3/16". This resulted in little wobble of the bullet when inserted. However using araldite and some release agent on the bullet I filled in the gaps near the tip.
    This has resulted in bullet length only varying about 0.002". Then just remove any burrs. Weight only about 0.2gr variation.

    I do the rough file as shown earlier then just finish off with this jig.

    Following up on this thread.
    Got to the range today. This is the best group with a 3 o'clock variable wind 18 to 25kph. Very happy with the result.
