Tie a hook to it and drag it around behind the boat for a couple of days.
Would probably work out our side at the moment. There's been a heap of fish around apparently.

Went out last weekend for some Pre Roar exercise, hiked into some popular North Canty public land for a couple nights, only saw 2 deer out in the open so spent a morning bush stalking and got this fella at 20m, fat as and no sign of starting to rut up, had a mate with him that crashed off at the shot but didn’t see him.

A friend of mine got this 14 a couple of weeks ago. Someone had put what looks like a .223 ish size bullet through the antler in the royals on the left side. Wasn't any of you guys out there? Mid Canterbury region.

Young fella wanted a trip up the Rakaia for his 11th birthday. 31 January, bit early but stripped nicely. Shot 10 min before last light and back to camp about midnight.
