    Would probably not have expanded at velocity low enough to not damage the bone? my pick is passed threw another animal in a mob and lodged in its knee already expanded.

    Seen a big boar laugh off a 30-30 at 10 paces , shot in the shield . Just about run my mate down , funny as who said White men can't jump!

    300 wsm's make a good bush gun! No deer has got up from a 220gr RN going 2,630fps yet. This would go back to what VC said about the right projectile choice.

    Though the one I mentioned about the .270 at 15m was with factory winchester super x ammo.

    cant stand wankers that dont use the right cal on animals.....i would find it hard to sleep at night if i knew there was something slowly dieing or just finding life shit in general because of my fuckup of not shooting to kill

    Dealt to the scrawniest fallow ive ever seen recently in the kaimais.
    Had a shotgun pellets lodged in its jaw,jawbone was broken, was blind in one eye and a few other pellets all over its head.

    poor bastard of an animal...hell of a way to slowly die.

    Still,at least the bastard aimed at its head, shooting something in the ass is never gonna kill it.More of a 'piss off' short to me
