    Stewart island white tail - Any opinions on the most suitable rifle caliber?

    I'm going in November, mainly interested in ocean activity's, and will probably take a 223
    Don't walk down the stairs with your hands in your pockets.

    Any calibre will suffice so long as the boolit hits its intended target. Most shots will be close, like real close! 223 will be fine, just make sure you hit what you want to hit.
