Thread: Stillwater 2nd Period

Hi all, new member here seeking some advice from others who have hunted this block?

I am from Melbourne and will be a first time Wap hunter. I understand quite a few things already of what to expect such as the rain and the physical fitness required but would love any advice whatsoever.

I have been hunting Sambar deer for about 5 years now in the Victorian high country. From what I can tell, Red deer and Waps behave quite differently and do not seem to be as nocturnal in nature. I ordered Simon Gibsons book to study and better understand their characteristics and behaviour.
