the Winston First chch reboot was heavy on political dog whistling for sure. He will continue on that path for some time I imagine.

Yep sounds good @RugerM77 I will send you some rifle pics this evening. Been bastardised with an 18inch 6.5 x 55 Tikka barrel fitted. I bought it sight unseen after selling my sweet handling lightweight mk2 to my mate. I find the std mk1 stock too chunky in comparison so it never gets used. Barrel threaded 12 x 20.

Yep, I asked Mitch Maxberry to do it with the rifle he had and I supplied the lightly used Tikka barrel
