    If im heading up the Urchin I basically hang a right instead of left to Umakarikari by the looks of it and park at the pillars car park is that correct? Cheers

    You can drive quite a way up and park by the power station. Can't remember the elevation of the road end but you get up a fair bit as Nick said.
