    To get the top money on velvet the stags have the be alive when cutting it off.

    Spring stag... fat full of health, drooling at the thought of back steaks being sliced into cutlets and seared on a BBQ or smoking hot pan... bit of salt and chomp!! ...sorry for the interuption ..back to the velvet...
