I don't mind taking a handful of people for a goat hunt on doc land, maybe 5 at the max. Cant guarantee seeing or shooting anything though. Maybe camp out on a Friday night after work and up early next morning

Sounds awesome, getting or shooting is another part of the story, what sounds to be awesome to me will be this get together. Lets do it guys

a good easy hunt is up corner creek, at ocean beach southern rimutakas, good doc campsite 200mtrs past corner creek, or up corner creek10mins true left theres an old bivvy up on the terrace.

also has anything come of the weekend hunt that was going to be put together?

Hey there. Im really happy i found people in the same boat as me. I live in wellington im 17 and i love hunting. I have never hunted in new zealand but have hunted back home in Namibia and im itching to get back at it!! I dont have a current firearms licence but will start doing this when i become active. Give me a PM if your keen to take me onboard, should be a great get together.

Dont have much time but i am always keen for a walk when time permits

I have a quad i brought just so i could use it for hunting then never found an area i could use it so would love to put it to the test,

easy peasy haha. iv got a quad we can use, might be a bit hairy on the steep stuff though its only a 2wd. could probably borrow another 4x4 quad though
