I wonder what happens when the "sheeple" realise that one Ms J Adern was actually responsible for the biggest " mass lay off of staff" at one time in NZ History it just took till the end of the wage subsidy to work out they had actually no jobs to go back too.

Anyone employed in any remotely connected way to the NZ tourism Industry was effectively sacked on the day the countries borders were shut and the place locked down/business closed

They must be held to account for this illegal abuse of power. They could have done it right but chose not to. The precedent set if not challenged is simply hideous.
And what next ... the coalition of losers is flat out “ re-imaging” their socialist utopia.... cos they can

This qoute really rasied some rather sad eyebrows

"A government that breaks its own laws and enforces those illegal actions is no longer democratic. It is now operating in a despotic manner. The sad fact is that without the actions of whistleblowers bringing this into the open then the situation would have continued to occur. It is also likely that the entire lockdown under level four and possibly many aspects of level three are still illegal because of the lack of specificity of Health Act directions."

    And

"A democratic government in breach of its own laws is no longer a democratic government, it is a dictatorship, or a police state at the very least."

What has this present gov done to my country

It's easy to be critical but if we had ended up in a situation like Italy or Spain there would have been even more criticism of the government

Remember right at the start of this the Ministry of Health advice was that hunting by yourself was fine to do because it posed no risk of passing on Covid 19.

Ffs there are some people on here who felt they have been fucken robbed or something. What a pack of self centred wa****ers. I think the government did very well in these new and challenging times. Did they get very decision right? No they didn't but they did a bloody good job of keeping it under control. Sounds like a lot of you seem to think the way we should have gone is the way the US and Trump have gone. They are going to have people dying for months yet.
We only had to miss out on 6 weeks hunting, boo fucken hoo, think about the old people in hospital dying alone, the old people in rest homes who are locked in there rooms and not seen their or friends or famiily for the last 6 weeks. Would you be taking the same stance if it had ripped throunh NZ and killed a few of your family members?

Yes, it is very easy to be critical. This Govt has lied to the country and continues to do so on almost a daily basis. They lied about the Firearms buyback, they allowed the Police to 'write their own ticket' regarding new and pending firearms laws, they continually ignore their constituents and sound advice from experts in their fields, they pit different sectors of the community against each other to create division, they ignore due process, they think they are above the law judging by recent events, they have changed the 'face' of NZ from a 'Can do' attitude to a 'Cant do' one by introducing restrictive laws and creating an environment where just about everything is regulated............the list just goes on and on.

And they refuse to be accountable for anything when the shit hits the fan!
No Govt is perfect in my view, but this would have to be the worst bunch of leaders I have seen in my years on this planet.

The worst thing about the whole situation is that what passes for the 'Press' in this land we call home have been complicit in allowing this bunch to have free reign to do as they please without question.
