Where I stay when Hunting or just wanting a weekend away

And yes that is a tram in the middle of no where.
I don't get to go there offed as the property is land lock and the neighbouring farmer (who just happens to be French) Does not allow us access to take our vehicles but on rear occasions we drive in without telling. Anyway working on getting a road in of some sort very soon. Once that's done I'll be down there all the time.
Its been a mission trying to get access

For reference that is the old Newmarket Tram 101

    Nice one trevs

I desperately want my own bit of land to put a container/caravan/shed or tram on.

    Fantastic Trevs.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

I would love something similar, ... but not sure the wifey shares the same thoughts...

He won't grant you access? Whatta prick... I'm not up to date on NZ land ownership law but here you can be granted access to any piece of land simply by saying you want to open up a business ie. register a firewood company on your parcel and plant a few gum trees.

Yep, I reckon you are correct.

I'm guessing there is legal access but no practical access on that route.
