Hi guys, thanks for your answers on the hunting question. Grant posted it on my behalf as i was tied up with other things yesterday. I am collecting the info for my wife who is on the COLFO council, Game animal council, and the rural representative of the police FCAF forum. I am sure you can guess why we are collecting this info.

I'm fine with losing my semis. I will cry over my shotgun I bought as a child, but I'm not a child anymore.

What repulses me is the total lack of emphasis on criminals over law abiding individuals. I am also dissapointed in the police who seem more concerned about very low firearm statistics than they are about the Meth/Gang epidemic.

That and because of the language in use by the police and media, I am under no illusion they will move onto bolt actions the moment semis are banned.

I to won't cry over my semis, well probably just the $3.5k I spent at the end of last year on new optics, mags and reloading supplies. Say goodbye to that.

100% agree, we have seen the power of the media all over the world.
