    Don't wear gumboots, I heard down south sheep are traumatized by the sound of oversized gumboots approaching.

    I guess the bush isn't their favoured habitat, so they're always on edge when in there. Maybe waiting half an hour after spooking them will give them time to calm down.

    If you're hunting where I think you are, there's always some in the grassy areas and stream beds. If you stand dead still, they'll graze their way almost up to your feet. Excellent eating too.
