    Can't recall the exact vels but my son's 18" bbl .260 is doing roughly 3200 with 95 V-Maxs.
    Used it over the weekend on a catfood collection trip and it did the biz



    I was watching through the Geovids as he shot the following one at 265yds. I saw the head fly a good two meters sideways at the shot. Took it off cleanly at the neck, no waste

    Nice, i played with a 100gr NBT load for a bit after reading some yanky article about lighter for caliber bullets killing better (more speed, more hydrostatic shock maybe?), i was running them at 3300 from a 20" 260 rem, only things i shot with them were two Whitetail on Stewy, they both went down like they had been struck by lightning, (and judging by the amount of jellyied bloodshot area you would have thought they had been) but its hardy a test.
