Thread: 5mm remington custom rifle

Well Its popped up in the latest nz g n hunting but aside from that I own a 22mag and want something thats just a bit more different ya know? dads got an HMR in the safe but if the 5mm has a bit more power than a 22mag then I'd sell my 22mag to fund it.... simple as!

I get it,its neat to have something different BUT
What do you do with it in 5 years when you cant get ammo because you are the only person in NZ buying it?

I had a very accurate 22 hornet for a while but a mates got it now, it just wasnt enough of an improvement over the hmr to be usefull really, it sat in the safe while the .17 got/gets used a lot.
