Looks very promising. You got to be pleased with that result.
Like you I started with 2217 in SAUM but recently started playing around with RL23 and N560 cos sweet spot with 2217 in model 7 SAUM was down around 2880 fps (22in bbl).
Ladders with RL23 and 160TMKs 59gn - 61.5 gn at 2975fps and pressure good, no head stamp or ejector marks, bolt lift sweet, so could go a bit higher.
    And ladder with 162AMAX and N560 61gn 2900fps, 61.5 2953fps faint head stamp, 62 gn stickie bolt.
So next step is shoot some groups with RL23 and try some RL26, hoping to get closer to 3000fps but anywhere north of 2950 with tight wee group would be nice.

@Tahr what twist rate is your barrel? The Tikka 695 I swapped for my old Rem has a near new T3 barrel and it doesn't seem to like the 162 gr bullets, my son's T3 is the same both 7mm Mag. The 150 gr ELDX is looking better.

    So the results are in.

    62.5 grn R26 (starting load, mild) 2,873fps .75" - 3 shot group 160 Sierra Tipped Target

    67 grn 2217 (.5 grn under ejector stamp load) 2,859fps - .5" 3 shot group - 160 Fed Fusion

    59.5 grn Hybrid 100V (.5 grn under ejector stamp load) 3,009fps - .5" 3 shot group - 160 Fed Fusion

    All seated @20 thou.

So the Hybrid 100V wins hands down and I will now load a batch to validate a drop chart.

Interesting results - the CZ 7x64 that I've just traded back to @nor-west gets 2820 fps with 53.4 grains of powder with the Sierra 160gn projectile and the same sort of accuracy (from a 24" barrel it has to be said). It'll run at 2950 fps but that isn't in a node so accuracy suffers a bit at the higher speed . . . .

    Interesting. My T3 based .284 Win with 162 ELD-X does .7 MOA 5 shots with an ex 7-08 T3 barrel at 2740 with 2213SC.

Yeah, @Tentman the 280/7x64 is superbly efficient. I use 6 more grains of powder to get 3k but do have the advantage of a 22" barrel and a 5lb 10oz rifle. I like light and quick.
