Thank you jus. I’ll be looking for some bergers one the buy sell opens up to me. I’ve had great success with Berger EOL in 6.5 and great accuracy’s. So I’ll be looking to find some of those 175s

Iv tried the Berger match in .260 140 gn they were terrible the 180 hybid is ment to be awsome but hard to find here! Yes iv shot tahr and deer with the 180eldm big bodied heavy bulls they stand no chance at 2880 in my saum will be testing them at 3090 this weekend

Using factory Hornady 180gr match
Shot my 1st group at 200 which I’m pretty happy with for factories
Average 2930fps over 13shots
Standard deviation:11
0.408 moa
Have just over a hundred rounds factory rounds to shoot then I’ll look at reloading and try tighten the group and std up

Good shooting with a group like that in your rifle… just work out a drop chart, test it, then go hunting with your remaining ammo as that’ll see you right for a while before you need to focus on reloading.

By then you’ll have a better idea on what you want out of the PRC and hopefully the shortage on reloading components come to an end.

Yea that was the plan to make a dope chart test it and use the factories up. I was lucky enough to get 5 boxes of 180s and primers and plenty of powder which should keep me going for a couple of years

Epic. Thank you I’ll give them a call tomorrow

Quick update. 143 rounds through rifle now. After trying different powders have settled 2217. 2950fps from 180ELD-M ES of 8 and SD of 3. Group size of .4” @ 200. Tested rifle to 1167 with no trouble hitting gongs. Thank you everyone for you help and input
