Thread: Advice sought on Bino Harness

Hi All,

Having recently bought my first pair of 10x42 Binos, I was after a bit of advice with respect to the pros and cons of various Bino harnesses out there. Having previously only used a set of 10x25 Leicas that fit into my top pocket I wanted to know what others out there used?

To be perfectly honest I am not sure that I even want to use a bino harness, and may stick with the range finder around my neck and the 10x42s in the top of my daybag coming out only when I stop to glass.

I went from bino's (10x42) around my neck and in my top pocket of my old swazi tahr jacket to using a kuiu bino harness. I do find it better and easy one hand operation, and can let go of binos if shoot needs to be taken. The only down side what has been pointed out on here is because the case is not completely enclosed you do get a bit of rubbish getting in to the case.

I'm a big fan of the Badlands bino harness (small one mag close) its ideal for my vortex furys and never gets in the way my mates love their bush buck harness with the rangefinder pocket at the bottom

Thanks, so do the binos flap around in side the harness?

Also, does the harness flap around on your body when moving?
