    ajusting magazene follower

I invested in 2 detachable mags for my sks the guy from guncity said some fitting may be required due to slight driffrences between rifles (as to be expected with older mill surps) most of it was easy removeing a wee bit of finish from the feed lips and other places that were binding i also had to remove a tiny bit off the bottom.of the follower as the 5th round was very tight to seat

But i have a slight issue both followers sit a little nose high and there for the rear is a little low this is not a result if the ajustments as it was like that before i made them

    This means
1: The 1st round always comes in contact with the recever and pops it out of the mag when inserted into rifle( works fine if toploaded)

2 the bolt dosn't catch on last round as rear of follower is to low to actavate the catch

Is there anyway to fix this was thinking a shim between the rear of the follower and spring bringing the rear up would inturn bring the front down any other ideas?

Im typeing on my ph so hope it all makes sence

Could you fit some sort if spacer to the underside of the follower to adjust how it sits with the spring pushing against it?

    tweak spring?
not familiar with these mags but usually you can adjust pressure front and rear by bending the spring.
